Who We Are

Avalon Holdings TN, LLC was built from the ground up with one goal: put quality, affordable homes where they are needed most. We are a lean firm that moves fast, structures deals efficiently, and delivers finished product. That is the whole model.

We are based in Spencer, Tennessee. We know this market because we operate in it every day. We understand what buyers can qualify for, what lenders will fund, and where the real gaps in local housing supply exist. We do not guess at those things. We build around them.

Every project we close makes the next one stronger. We are building a track record across Middle Tennessee and the surrounding corridor, with a long-term focus on scaling into multifamily and larger-scale development throughout the Southeast.
