Stratford Manor is an 11-unit multifamily acquisition completed in partnership with Horizon Ten Properties, the lead sponsor on the project. Avalon Holdings participates on the General Partnership side, supporting asset management and execution of the business plan from acquisition through disposition.

This investment marks Avalon Holdings’ first entry into the multifamily sector, expanding our platform beyond ground-up development into value-add acquisitions. Through this partnership, we are actively involved in overseeing operational performance, while gaining exposure to larger-scale deal structuring and asset management.

Stratford Manor represents a strategic step forward in our vision to scale into multifamily and build a diversified real estate portfolio through disciplined partnerships and hands-on execution.
